First homes in Santa Fe to be certified under the Build Green New Mexico Green Building Certification Process

First Homes to be certified in Santa Fe by Build Green NMBill Roth of Clear Creek Management Corp. has received certification from Build Green New Mexico for the Arroyo San Antonio Condominium. From the "get go", these homes were built to embody the highest building standards in sustainability and craftsmanship. Two of the five condos in this development are ready to move into now. The units are passive solar, single story +/- 1275 sq.-ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath homes. There are 2 designs , Unit A, and Unit B

Bill Roth is the President of Clear Creek Management Corporation --a licensed General Contracting firm that utilizes sustainable building practices whenever possible.

Bill Roth first became a General Contractor 10 years ago. His first project won a Metropolitan Home "honorable mention" award in their "Home of the Year contest". Since that time, he has specialized in building infill projects, having done a territorial 2 home projects on the East Side of Santa Fe, 4 units in the Guadalupe Historical District and recently a home on the west side of Santa Fe for himself which has many of the design and green features of the Arroyo San Antonio project.
